Cons
Company is India based which means frequent late nights or early mornings to contend with a 9 1/2 hour time difference. Limited opportunity for advancement if your an American. Non-Indians are hired for very specific skillsets and utilized to the maximum extent possible. Wide differences in the rate of pay between North American / European employees and Indians creates constant tension. Company has been known to alter policies on bonus payouts regardless of pre-existing contractural arrangements. Take it or leave it attitude. Substandard offices and office equipment requires most employees to utilize their own computers, printers, etc. in-order to accomplish day-to-day work. Virtually zero investment in employee training and development. Third world attitudes.
