      Work life balance is not bad

      Cons

      sluggish HR, need to wait average of three days to get response for a basic question. Had to escalte always to get any information needed from HR. Have to do performance and appraisal every two months but no rasie or bonus for years. manager also confirmed your salary wont change ever, it is going to be same as long as you there.

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
