Work culture promoting entrepreneurship, new helpful corporate initiatives, opportunity to participate in organizational initiatives and get noticed outside your project or unit, lots of clubs and councils like sports council, talent council, grey cells council etc. to help employees keep up with their passions
Cons
Too much politics, your career is good if you have a godfather within the organization, employees expected to put in at least 12 hours per day, promotions and salary hikes are minimal and granted only when the organization feels that an employee may resign otherwise
