Pros
Receptive to concerns on salary and Job location. Work environment is relaxed. Policies are not very restrictive. If your spouse is also in HCL, managers take effort to keep you together.
Cons
No policy of flexible working hours. Can be done only if you have understanding with managers. Appraisal process not very transparent. Internal processes are not fully automated and support functions are slow moving.
