      Pros

      It gives you full time contract so if you are not in a project they put you in the bench and you are still getting your salary

      Cons

      You can see the obvious preference to the employees from India so if you are not, you will have to ask for everything twice or more. The HR guy is so unresponsive and loads of the time you will end up doing the paperwork by yourself.
