Pros

To be truly honest, nothing! I would say Health Insurance, but that increases and kiss your small raise goodbye.

Cons

Micromanaging at its BEST! Every minute of your day will be monitored. No access to print without sending info to a LEAD or Supervisor. All their Negative surveys, are just a little taste of what you are in for, if you decide to jump on board. This place does not have a Work/Life Balance, as they promise! They are not "EMPLOYEE FIRST", as they claim to be. More like "Employer First, then Client, and Lastly, Employee" You will leave their worse off then when you began, as don't try to use HCL on your resume'. Rather, use the project(s) you worked for. They paid me 3K less than anyone walking in the door, because they abuse the Government Funding to get you employed, and make it seem like they are going to train you, but in reality, their training is "Sink, Swim or Die".

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
