-Management is really poor.They dont know how to handle people.If they are insufficient in command,they always pressurize team members and curse them -No process followed in work assignment.You might not get a knowledge of processes. -Leads are really poor.They are poor at technical side.They get the position because they stayed longer in HCL and also they didnt get chance outside HCL as they are really pathetic Not suitable for those who wanted to work in a good and flexi env, -Poeple are not cooperative.Even top management doesnt teach them professional etiquettes.Instead they helps in spoilings team's environment. -Not a good place for those who wanted to really work.
