      Pros

      HCL is a good compnay to work. Have a nice working class. stable company. Some of the HR policies are good for employee.

      Cons

      Salary structure is not competitive to the market. but seems ok.If they will revise it with market then it will good. Some time it is difficult to get over managers. mostly ppl do not left company they left managers. But this not my case.

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.
