Good Healthcare package and employee benefits package.
Cons
1) Do not believe the recruiters. They will lie to you. 2) They do not like Americans. It is an Indian company, and they prefer only working with Indians. It is extremely racist. 3) If they hire you as a full time employee for a client, they will fire you immediately after the client does not need you. 4) Do not believe the Employee First nonsense. I have been working for them for 4 months, and I have only physically met 2 two people from the company. There is no employee training or welcome. You are on your own.
