Pros
HCL is a sales driven company and they won't say no to any reasonable "out of the box" suggestion.
Cons
HCL's Healthcare practice is relatively new, and as such, there are growing pains to contend with. But, there is no doubt in my mind that HCL will become a major player in healthcare over the next two years.
