      Pros

      Good company to work for for a short term.

      Cons

      Salary is in par with other IT giants of the same category. Some of the managers are not competitive and lack the skill they need to posses managing a team. Politics while appraisal time to degrade an employee. Travelling 35-40 km is dificult
