Pros
Opportunity to meet customers and provide solutions. The team from HCL was good and was mostly supportive. Quality of work met customer needs most of the time.
Cons
There is no work life balance. It is expected that people work 6-7 daya a week. Information was not always shared so the deliverables to the customer, at times, was not up to par.
