      Pros

      Onsite opportunity is great but you may have to bargain with the bosses to get it as seniors tend to corner the opportunities

      Cons

      Not great for those who are always eager to work on hard core technical stuffs. Only say 5 to 10 % people get the chance to work on great projects.
