      Nothing - Just a paycheck and they make you feel you should be happy to have a job. Run if you can!

      Cons

      A toxic leadership and upper management which have created a toxic environment. The upper management does not care about the soldiers who fight the fire everyday. They have their own agenda and do not care about the needs of the people under them. HR is ridiculous! Fake people! No vision! Lost!
