No Client projects - Tech Lead HARMAN Employee Review

Less AI/ML clients and projects. One of the client wants data scientist to annotate data for 6+ months. Directors are helpless as they have web and mobile development teams can't negotiate or move to other projects. Can't explain client about the situation. I have to report a lead in client location who has 8 years of experience out of which 6 years he is CTO of his own company. He speaks random stuff with no knowledge explained to the Director at Harman he is helpless.
