Pros
Growth and development are a big part of our culture. A large majority of the company management started from the ground up. Once you get to a certain position, you have the freedom to transfer to any store that has an opening. With the growing number of stores worldwide, the possibilities are endless. The benefits and relaxation are great for a high paced company like this. Things are always changing, days are familiar but never the same.
Cons
We are a step behind in technology. Some of the most basic tools that many companies (including my last company) have do no exist. Also this varies from store to store, but it’s not unusual to see unhealthy drama filled teams at the company.
