      - Good work-life balance - Low-hierarchy organization with semi-approachable leadership - High level of trust and responsibility - Exposure to international projects and stakeholders

      Cons

      - No opportunities for career progression unless a role opens up or you switch teams internally - Strong performance doesn't translate into progression or compensation growth - Very flat and egalitarian culture. Great if you value stability and collaboration, but frustrating if you're motivated by meritocracy, differentiation, and career growth

      Pros

      Discounted clothes. Schedule was always made for 2 weeks in advance. Role for the day was set/scheduled + different roles/day allowed for change. Able to call out.

      Cons

      Overworked. Very hot. Little air conditioner.
