Good work-life balance, but undermined by toxic leadership and dysfunctional culture - Technical Communicator Grundfos Employee Review

Pros

Pros include a light workload and the option to work from home. The work-life balance is good: no long hours, relatively low day-to-day pressure.

Cons

The environment is toxic, driven by poor management, constant reorgs, and a culture of distrust. There is no clear company vision, and blame-shifting is common. Career growth isn’t necessarily based on merit, and managers are out of touch with their teams. Immediate management changes too often and it sometimes feels like they are just hiring randomly to boost their numbers without looking for long-term solutions. These all add up to an atmosphere of dysfunction.
