Pros

Some good things. Work-life balance. Vacation time and benefits. Can't complaint on these few stuff.

Cons

Everything else... I would give -5 stars if I could. -No organizational structure. It is a big mess at all locations and in the whole company overall. -No collaborative (even when everybody say otherwise, the true is that it is not collaborative at all). You are on your own. At least not in most of the countries/cultures that work in this company. Only danish people think the way they manage their teams is the right way. Outside them noone thinks it is right. -They really feel proud of their way of doing things. If this is actually true, then we all are screwed and directed to mediocrity. -Unsupportive managers, they say they care but reallity is they dont at all. -No communication, -No processes (everybody does what they want) Dont follow rules, There are no consecuences (This might be a pro?) -Really incompetent people at all levels. At least within my teams in previous jobs we all were very competitive. Here, not even within my own team. In all my years (many) in my position and team, there has not been 1, not even 1!!!!!!! single REAL improvement implemented. Every year is the same. -No improvements. -No nothing! it is really sad and frustrating. If you really care about your career (if you are researching here I want to think you care) dont come here. If you are a recent graduate out of school looking for your first job this company is not going to help you in your career aspirations and growing professionally. If you are like me, an experienced professional and come here with high expectations, skills and a high motivation they will make sure you loose them. If you care about your career but you still come here knowing this and it is OK with you then you will be in heaven. If you are competent, this environment will make you feel mediocre at some point but eventually you will get used to it and it will be hard to leave. I am not saying the pros override the cons but mostly the hassle and the work time vs the pros is not too bad and make you think it twice before leaving.
