2 Things: Teammates and Perks

Cons

Leaders - no empathy, too much jealousy and hatred towards team members, unethical approach of calling out people while other departments were hearing the rants, gossip-monger, too much gaslighting, plastic and no respect to team members (all you can do is to stay silent and never talk and share ideas again). The leaders won't talk to you till your last day and you're gone in the company. Management - cannot be trusted, they just take the side of the leaders and do not try to really understand the feelings of the members of the team HR - same with the management, no empathy
