Pros

Employee discount products, good access in transportation, they recently change the meal contradtor so the food quality increase notably,

Cons

At the begining there was a huge international team, after a couple of years, the most experienced sources were fired, and the work increase with less people, what means working night and days. During 4 years I received 0 (zero) trainings, The travel policy sucks, as in the most of International companies, a flight than more than 8 hours should be in business, I has to travel 24 hs (South America -Asia) in a tourist economy class flight.Ilegal practices in terms of Bonus (first acredited to my account then HR comunicate us that the Bonus was deposited by mistake :( ), Manager expat from Denmark but immerse in South American market (without knowledge of language, idiosyncrasy, local context)

There’s room for growth, but you need to advocate for yourself and stay proactive.
