Pros

Very few pros: salary, vacation, work-life balance and flexibility (this depending a lot on your manager)

Cons

Everything else. The company could be georgeous but unfortunately the lack of commitment and engagement makes people to feel unmotivated. People in the office is apathetic and you can clearly see they are not engaged nor commited at all. Specifically for my area, IT, oh my God!!! trust me, I have several years of experience and I have worked with a lot of different people. Specifically for the IT teams/people I have worked with before, they were very smart and competent, they at least had the basic skills; but here in Grundfos? no way... this IT people is the most incompetent IT people I have worked with in my 20 years of experience. Literally a monkey can do what they do, they dont strive and they definitely lack basic skills that any IT person should have. At the end, lower level people is a mirror of higher levels. This is all spread along all Grundfos sites around the globe.
