      Pros

      Very family friendly, pay is commensurate to how much you work, but if you are average, you'd be billing around 1850, and still have great pay and bonus. If you want to work 2000-2400 hours, you'll get rewarded via massive bonuses. A number of my colleagues made more than Cravath Scale.
