Pros

Worklife balance is good (37.5hr work week). Great people to work with. Relaxed dress code. Opportunities to grow and take on more work to help build a resume. Profit sharing (3%/yr of total salary). Certifications directly impacting work are either fully or partially compensated. Ability to work unsupervised due to merit-based work.

Cons

Underpaid compensation. Low 401k match. Little to no tuition reimbursement to pursue a degree directly impacting your (and the employers) future work related goals.

Pros

Flexibility in day to day schedule

Cons

The firm about faced on its core value of “Diversity is in our DNA”. Compensation is below industry for staff as the firm works to save every dollar for the partners but under pay staff. Further, the emails from the firms “executive chairman” show a lack of emotional intelligence as many of them are tone deaf to the circumstances of the day. The firm has clearly taken a shift from its socially liberal roots becoming more and more MAGA in nature.
