      There are no pros. Do not apply to work for this office. You will regret it.

      Cons

      What a nightmare working for and with nasty, miserable and abusive people who you cannot trust. There is nothing ethical about these people as they take advantage of the clients with billing their time and assistants who are not busy take advantage of over-time. There is a reason why there is so much turnaround.

      Flexibility in day to day schedule

      Cons

      The firm about faced on its core value of “Diversity is in our DNA”. Compensation is below industry for staff as the firm works to save every dollar for the partners but under pay staff. Further, the emails from the firms “executive chairman” show a lack of emotional intelligence as many of them are tone deaf to the circumstances of the day. The firm has clearly taken a shift from its socially liberal roots becoming more and more MAGA in nature.
