      The people and atmosphere is great but when it comes to down to making great decisions that is were they lack.

      Cons

      No promotion opportunity everyone has there favorites of who has been there the longest. No growth opportunity.

      Flexibility in day to day schedule

      Cons

      The firm about faced on its core value of “Diversity is in our DNA”. Compensation is below industry for staff as the firm works to save every dollar for the partners but under pay staff. Further, the emails from the firms “executive chairman” show a lack of emotional intelligence as many of them are tone deaf to the circumstances of the day. The firm has clearly taken a shift from its socially liberal roots becoming more and more MAGA in nature.
