      Pros

      Decent people for the most part. Fairly humane as biglaw shops go.

      Cons

      Hours are what you'd expect from biglaw (that's just par for the course). Some senior partners you'll want to steer clear of, but it's no secret who. If you want to advance, must get the right people to like you.
