Pros

There are no pros from working here. You will only find confusion, sorrow, exhaustion, obnoxious behavior, arrogance by partners, hoarding of information by coworkers, fatigue, stress, and zero teamwork.

Cons

Everything about this place was a big negative experience. Partners snorting illicit powdered substances prior to meetings in order to function. Engagement managers doing shady things financially in order to make themselves look good, but to the detriment of their workers. The work is not rewarding and not complex but due to the stifling administrative bureaucracy, what should only take a day ends up taking a week. Constant scheduling conflicts, people schedule and cancel the same meeting multiple times (triple and quadruple bookings). Everything is Always last minute and rushed with very poor planning and forethought which causes unnecessary stress and conflict.

Pros

Some folks are great to work with. Some of the leaders really do care.

Cons

Workday practice is a total mess. They have trouble selling work and hours are much lower than they should be so consultants end up spread very thin across multiple projects and still can't hit utilization targets on paper even if they are working very hard in actuality. The independence requirements are insane!! If I had known I would have to disclose all of my investments and be told wha t I am or am not allowed to invest money in I would not have taken the job. Independence is total hell and most consulting firms don't subject employees to those invasive requirements.
