Toxic behavior from coworkers and some management Lack of accountability from men who mistreat their counterparts Possibly unsafe/hostile environment for women Repeated public verbal abuse from older men to younger employees and women tolerated. Management inaction on serious issues Does it make sense to report issues here? Almost little to no effort in addressing them or focus on making an employee feel safe/comfortable after bringing an issue to management.
