Long hours with menial pay Management doesn't care if you have other obligations(i.e. student being back during winter break and has no time off to spend with family.) Corporate expects you to do high-quality work but does not give you the best tools to do the job. Have to use old, run-down equipment because they don't want to spend a little bit of extra money to get you better tools but complain you're always having to find ways to make the old stuff work
