      Goldcorp offers security, benefits and usually a good work environment.

      Cons

      Rules are applied generally across the board from mine site to mine site without much consideration for the unique qualities at each individual mine site.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
