      Pros

      By far the best wages and benefit plans of anyone around. There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement for those that seek it and work for it.

      Cons

      Too many contractors that do not have the same training that we have in safety. Communication is lacking from mining managers to workers.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Cons

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
