      Pros

      This is a good company. Many workers are great people. There are some good opportunities. Salaries and benefits are very good. I had a very good time working for Goldcorp. Met good and nice people.

      Cons

      Some decisions at some mine sites are taken by managers with no experience or with little knowledge. Upper corporate management does not realize this fact.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Cons

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
