      Pros

      There are lots of friendly people and the pay is good. Not a lot of pressure in the work environment depending on the department.

      Cons

      There are lots of contractors and consultants, whom don't seem to be doing work other than complicating work already done. Lack of flexibility in work being done.

      Stable and one of the largest of its kind. Great benefits for all its workers This company looks out for your safety 24/7

      Cons

      Most of their sites are far from civilization The food quality in camps is not as good as other sites

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off
