Pros
They offered eveeryone 4.12lpa ctc thats everyone wants to join there but they have two policies direct module or trainee module,most of candidates recruited in trainee module and they have to pay 23k for training immediately and for 3 months training they got no salary only 5k stipend for 2 mnths and after that they brought up in the payroll but they had never given the 4.12lpa
Cons
There is no infrastructure there and they make call to every garage and know their rates and bring the parts what damaged and repair that with help of outside mechanic.
