Pros
High salaries and bonuses. Switzerland is a nice place to live. Unless you are a lifer, spend a few years, make some cash and leave.
Cons
They claim to have a 'flat structure' but this is not true. Who you know is far more important than capability and experience, with junior employees getting promotions and huge salary increases and bonuses (nearly 100% bonus) because they are the boss's favourite and not because of increased job responsibilities or capabilities. The main criteria to succeed are to be the boss's favourite (who cares how you became that way!) and be good at managing up. Functional leaders fully let sh!t roll downhill, and if someone complains about one of their team members, rather than trying to understand both sides of the story (which is what real leaders do), they assume the complainant is correct and tell their employees 'you have a target on your back and I am watching you now' (yes this was literally said to me). So much for that value of integrity!
