Pros

The opportunity to work with a group of highly talented and driven individuals The ability to get involved in many projects - there is very little bureaucracy and you're not really 'boxed' by your job description in terms of the content you cover. No micromanagement or pettiness.

Cons

Very poor people management - there is no direction nor fostering of talent. The review process is weak and there is no opportunity for upward feedback. The company does not incentivise employees to perform and there is a sense that the only reward you will get is decent remuneration - lack of camaraderie and collective responsibility. Lack of appreciation for going the extra mile and very poor communication on the direction of the team. Poor HR policies - no development or training. There is an element of emotional bullying in the company. Poor ability to prioritise and focus attention on what matters most.
