      -Well Paid + Penalty Rates -Great opportunity to learn how level 1-3 integrates -Learn strong soft skills and work through problems -Learn time management via tickets -IT management was kind and defended you from power tripping managers

      -Tougher stance against pushy managers with no understanding of IT operations (We can dream can't we?)
