Pros
Wonderful project. One of a kind. Great technical challenges. Quick place to learn and gain strong recognised skills and competences. Highly demanding. High salary.
Cons
Don't walk the talk: huge inequity amongst the positions, especially between native and local population. Promotion is not merit or competences based. Annual bonus depends how much your manager defend your case. Honest and regulation abiding managers will be put aside. Several harassments cases by the company itself are knows but never filed for fear of consequences.
