      Pay at mediocre levels. Administrative staff are nice in person. Good benefits. The company throws money at problems. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Cut throat culture within traders' ring. Nobody cares about employee development. Arrogant management. Incompetent HR. non existent career planning or training.
