      Being home every night, drive 20min to work and come home every night, 7 days on 7 days off then 7 nights on 7 days off 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

      Cons

      Being a lead mine not so good for the lungs, dusty hot work, living in mount isa, being so far from the coast or any civilization, being paid fortnightly
