International travel. Company is primarily a commodities trader and have very little understanding of the long term investment in developing people... the opportunities are their but you have to be riding the right coat tails to get there... Money is good,

Devolved operating model so little influence at the corporate level. Focus is on production and cost reduction with little concern for safety and effective risk management. No shift in management behaviors...
