Pros

Money was decent, team was supportive and well resourced when I started, this did not last.

Cons

At MRM there’s a culture of workplace bullying, managers and superintendents are untouchable. There are severe understaffing issues across site and regularly important staff leave and are not replaced, with no extra pay naturally to those remaining. Reporting toxic behaviour to HR only invites them to join the bullying. The HR team has no concept of duty of care, they only enable the worst instincts of those above them. They’ll wave policies and procedures in your face as a way to intimidate, not actually fix the systemic issues at MRM. My experience at MRM cost me my mental health. This site is best avoided.
