Pros
Many good traders are there who have much to impart. Stable work environment, where the hours are generally okay.
Cons
Terrible promotion opportunities, silo mentality, and nothing much ever happens for juniors. System is extremely dated, providing plenty of unnecessary manual work for people who are not traders. Improving the process is pointless since chances for promotion are poor anyway and good work does not get recognised. Pay is very low compared to the industry.
