9yI always appreciate direct feedback. And you've identified a number of areas for improvement, many of which are already in the works. We're almost twice the size we were last year at this time with more offices and how we managed and communicated then is not sufficient today. Investment in management training is at the top of the list. And, your sales leadership is already working on new comp plans. We're growing and I hope our people continue to grow with us. While things may not always be easy, I am confident we are working though some of these growing plans and am really excited about what's ahead in 2017 and helping every employee understand their role in our future.
