      1. Friendly staff and they are patient to guide you along the way 2. Able to learn and gain lots of knowledge eg. Sensory & SAP & Chromeleon 3. Staff benefits and bonus were good

      Cons

      1. Took a few months to familiarise the company system as the HR induction was delayed 2. More independent work instead of team work basis for QC role 3. No work life balance
