      Global company. Great tools. People are nice enough on the individual team level.

      Cons

      Every 3-6 months leadership completely overhaul team orgs, strategic approaches and business focuses. They have done 2 rounds of layoffs in the past 12 months. It's a VERY sales driven organization where even though they are responsible for the state of customer relationships, they bear none of the consequence
