      Pros

      This was a good company to work for. The shared service center nurtured lots of talents from different departments. Good opportunities to grow and progress carrier.

      Cons

      Organizational changes, acquiring companies and restructuring happens out of blue for this company. This has led to employees getting laid off from their jobs on many occasions. Operation teams dominate shared functions like procurement, accounts, etc. Departments have their own priorities are least bothered about the bigger company goals, etc.
