Good company, the best work-life balance i had so far.
Cons
Slow decision making process on higher management and questionable decisions on cost management such as holding off salary increase for over half a year while inflation increases, the company is losing talents faster and faster to other companies that understand that the best way to save money is to retain their talents and become more efficient.
