Pros

Travel policy is very generous; regional team members are very approachable and friendly (can't say the same for those headquartered in Switzerland though).

Cons

Even though the company is headquartered in Switzerland, most of the management and employees are still largely French. Management gathers feedback sometimes, but they take your feedback and shelve it until you forget about it. Some may say this is slightly better than companies whose management does not even attempt to gather feedback. But in all fairness, this "listen and ignore" style reflects a deeper problem rooted among the management and company's leadership. In addition, new company policies and company direction are usually the result of an agreement by a very small council (sometimes by inappropriate employees, e.g., managers in different Business lines making decisions for another Business line). Very little feedback (usually none) is obtained from the mid-level managers and/or employees before coming to such decisions. The yearly bonus scheme is also very low as compared to the industry average.
